Upon returning from our world travels I believe one of the best choices I made was finding a job that not only uses my tech background but is a leader in the travel industry. Being located in Austin didn’t hurt either. One unique perk in particular and that I am so grateful for is our company Bear Stay program.
The Bear Stay program allows home owners to voluntarily offer HomeAway employees a stay for free and in return they get our company’s professional feedback and likely most importantly is a unique icon that makes their properties standout in the million+ listings on the search site (the employee is just out the taxes on the benefit).
This year we enjoyed our stay at a beautiful home on the east coast of Puerto Rico, which was well timed as the first real cold front of the season brought 30*f temps to Texas.
